KATHY’S RUN 2023
Last year, 300 participants crossed the finish line with us at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park and virtually, collectively raising over $31,000 in support of critical pancreatic cancer research bringing our total of over $880,000 raised for pancreatic cancer research! This year, we aim to raise $50,000 which would mark a new milestone of over $900,000 raised in the fight against this deadly disease, but we need your support to do it!
We can’t wait to see you all again at the finish line in 2023. Together, we can raise the rate of pancreatic cancer survival!

10K Race at 10:00am
5K Run/Walk at 10:15am
RACE KIT PICKUP:
Friday, October 13th from 12:00pm - 6:00 pm

Race kits will also be available for pickup on race day starting at 9am onsite. However, we strongly encourage participants to up their kits the day prior, if possible, to avoid the morning rush.
For virtual participants, we will aim to have race kits arrive by October 14th.
EVENTS:
The 10K Run for Research will be chipped events
The 5K Purple hat Parade will only be chipped for participants selecting the “run” option
VIRTUAL EVENTS:
Choose your course, record your run by using a GPS app such as Strava, Asiscs Run Keeper, or Nike Plus, and submit your time once completed! Instructions will be provided on October 13.
Age for youth - 14 and under
Team 5K /Virtual - Min 4 and max 10 members. After 4 members, each member will be charged an additional fee as noted in above price table.
